Still trying to get this garage door (side doors) project off the ground…

8/14/21. Saturday

8:00 –8:30 - Light is streaming into the tent and crows wake me up.

8:30 – 9:30 - I crawl out of the tent and try to stand up.  If you can picture a bicycle rack – like the kind they have at elementary schools, where kids lock their bikes up? – well, my body feels like a bicycle rack…my bones hurt deep inside.  I don’t think my air mattress is working for me.

Shower. Lotion. Covid-19 uniform. Light make-up

9:30-11:30 – B. returns with Starbucks and we have “patio coffee” in his golf course backyard. Then, I leave.

11:30-1:00 – Home and I unpack my overnight bag and roll up my sleeping bag. B. gave me some salmon leftovers and I store them in the fridge. Bring my pillow upstairs. I clean the kitchen.

1:00-2:00 – I have leftover salmon for lunch and read Bus 57.

2:00-3:00 – I start a load of laundry and take a short nap.

3:30-4:30 -  I drive to Home Depot to try and  get this door installation project off the ground and this time, there is somebody in the “Doors” section. It’s not the elusive “Vince”, but no matter.  She seems to know what she’s doing. I show her the doors I want, but the installer has to come to the house for measurements – she says he’ll call me.  Uh-huh.  When I ask for the installers contact information, she says there is no phone number, no email, and the only thing she’ll give me is the name of the business – RF Installers. I pay a $40 deposit and leave.

6:30-7:00 – I take the dog for a walk. I listen to Case File.

7:00-9:30 – Gardening. I trim and sweep and clean out the beds.  Then, I water my plants. I listen to To Live and Die in LA and The Book Review.

9:30-10:30 – I read a Money Diary, but then the smoke detector in my bedroom starts beeping so I spend time replacing the battery and re-installing it.

10:30-12:00 – I do an Insanity – Cardio Abs workout and a 40-minute Insanity-Pure Cardio workout

12:00-3:30 – I work on class prep for Specialty Class #1.  This involves creating more Home Pages for the Modules and also opening paragraphs for every Chapter Review and Video Quiz. I’m using my super old Netbook and it is slow going.

3:30-4:30 – Nighttime routine. Bed.
