Day 4 - Mask mandate RESCINDED; we do NOT need to mask indoors
Spring Break for College No. 1…no school today…
Globally, 6 million people have died from Covid, but the LA County Mask Mandate was rescinded on Friday. We are no longer required to wear masks in doors.
3/7/22. Monday. Spring break at College No. 1
6:30-L. leaves for Otis.
9:30-10:00 – No school today. What a relief! I go downstairs and say good morning to the animal. There’s poop near the front door, near the doggie door, and on the patio. I sit next to the dog and rub her tummy several times. Then, I produce her toy, cue her to go outside, and we head to the patio. I wait around for her to go potty and we return inside: cheese for her and I make a cup of coffee for myself.
10:00-11:00 – I report to my office and check College No. 2 email. Then, I set up Canvas for tomorrow’s class and redesign the Home Page for Tuesday’s module.
11:00-12:00 – I color my hair and read Clarity
12:00-1:00 – Shower. Rinse out color. Lotion.
1:00-2:30 – I braid my hair and read Clarity. Then,
-I start a load of laundry.
2:30-2:30 – I eat my spinach dip and chips from Larsens and almost immediately feel incredibly sick, nauseous, and sweating, as if I’m going to vomit. I do some research and diagnose myself with postprandial hypoglycemia.
3:30-5:00 – I feel very sick and I’m out of commission for the next hour. I read Clarity.
5:00-6:00 – I walk the dog
6:00-7:00 – I change into workout attire and do a 30-minute Insanity Max – Friday Fight workout.
7:00-8:00 – I drive to Sprouts. Due to my poor planning, the ground turkey I purchased last week (during my grocery stockpiling) went rancid. I lost $6.00 because of it and now I have to buy more. I’m upset with myself about this.
8:30-11:00 – I make a Greek yogurt recipe and a tuna salad. Then, I prepare my lunch bag and breakfast for tomorrow and ready my coffee. Kitchen duty. I make sure my lecture notes and file folder are ready, and I lay out my clothes.
11:30-12:00 – Nighttime routine. Bed. I set my alarm for 4:45
