Day 19 of the LAUSD vaccine mandate
My new Insanity MAX workout program came today!!!
9/28/21. Tuesday
4:00 – I’m awake. I turn on an Organize 365 podcast and go back to sleep.
6:00 – Same thing. I turn on an Organize 365 podcast and go back to sleep.
8:30-9:30 - B.’s house, B.’s schedule. B. is awake so I get up, crawl out of the tent, and head straight to the shower. I start re-packing my overnight bag then jump in the shower. Shower. Lotion. Covid-19 uniform. Make-up. I load everything into my car.
10:00-11:00 – B. returns with Starbucks and we have “patio coffee.” I leave.
11:00-12:30 – I unpack everything. Recall that I still have ALL my bags from college, yesterday, to unpack. I eat my leftover fish tacos for lunch and read Work Won’t Love You Back.
1:00-1:30 – Driving to therapy. I listen to The Best of Both Worlds.
1:30-2:00 – I have a good session with my therapist and we continue with my socialization homework.
2:00-3:30 – I drop off a set of curtains that L. purchased for her room - which turned out to be a disaster – at Goodwill and listen to Be Wealthy and Smart.
3:30-4:00 – I drive to Home Depot to return some screws that I didn’t need for Sunday’s project. I buy a new hose and a few containers of flowers so I can brighten up my yard. I listen to Dr. Death while I’m in the gardening section.
4:00-6:00 - I stop at CVS to pick up a few items, but sit in the CVS parking lot from 4:00-5:00, updating my bullet journal before I go inside. I buy a birthday card and toilet paper.
6:00-6:30 – Return home.
6:30-7:15 – I take the dog for a walk and listen to Air Talk.
8:00-10:00-Blog posts
10:00-10:30 – I read a Money Diary.
10:30-11:30 – My new Insanity 30-Max arrived today!! I do a 30-minute Cardio-Max, but pause it frequently to make sure my form is correct and that I have the new moves down.
11:30-1:30 – Gardening. I sweep the patio, trim my plants, and water everything. There were a lot of leaves to sweep up. I listen to True Crime Garage and Spooked.
1:30-2:00 – Kitchen duty.
2:00-2:30 - I check the Canvas shell for my high school class tomorrow and ready the course content and Discussion Board.
2:30-3:30 – Nighttime routine. Bed. I set my alarm for 7:30.
